1. Former Miami Coach Brian Flores has sued the NFL and three teams, the Dolphins, Broncos and Giants, alleging discrimination in his interview processes with Denver and New York and his firing last month by Miami. He was fired on January 10th despite recording the Miami Dolphins' first back-to-back winning seasons since 2003. (ESPN)
2. The film producer behind "Titantic" and "Avatar," two of the highest-grossing films of all time, is selling his massive estate in the Florida Keys. Filmmaker Jon Landau and his wife recently put their Islamorada property on the market for just under $14 million. (Patch Miami)
3. Water-filled orange plastic barriers installed in March 2020 to give restaurants space outdoors have caused outrage with board members claiming "they are hideous." The program was made permanent in November 2021. The Downtown Development Authority said there are options for temporary barricades that are more attractive. (Miami Today)
4. A TD Bank in Northwest Miami-Dade was evacuated Wednesday after a robbery suspect barricaded their self inside the bathroom. At least two people were detained for questioning. (WSVN)
5. A South Florida political consultant and the daughter of former Broward County Mayor Dale Holness was sentenced to 20 months in federal prison Monday for lying on a COVID-19 relief loan application. (Miami Patch)
