1. The South Florida Water Management District is preparing for potential impacts from the remnants of Agatha as hurricane season gets underway. Early projections say system could bring anywhere from 3 to 7 inches of rain fall to the area. (CBS Miami)

2. Two serial shoplifting suspects were caught with more than $1,000 worth of stolen makeup and other merchandise in a car during a traffic stop, the Broward Sheriff’s Office said. Teldra Saterical Wallace, 35, and 36-year-old and Makita Chetara Williams are accused of stealing from several Walgreens pharmacy stores. (NBC News)

3. Trump International Beach Resort Miami announced Wednesday it has been recognized by Tripadvisor as a 2022 Travelers’ Choice award winner. The award celebrates businesses that have received great reviews from travelers around the globe on Tripadvisor over the last 12 months. (Miami's Community News)

4. A South Florida man, 19-year-old Ethan Duey, was arrested Wednesday for bringing a gun onto the grounds of a Miami-Dade high school, authorities said. Police say Duey was taken into custody for having a gun on the property of Miami Palmetto Senior High School in Pinecrest. (WPLG Local 10)

5. Ashley Adirika, a 2022 Miami Beach Senior High School graduate, was accepted into all eight Ivy League colleges, the Miami Herald reported. Adirika plans to study government at Harvard University in the fall and will attend the prestigious university on a full scholarship. (Subscription: Miami Herald, Free: Miami Patch)
