2. Employees of Shooters Waterfront held a private memorial on Wednesday morning, a day after a server was shot dead following what police say was an argument with a former worker at the popular Fort Lauderdale restaurant. 3. The lawyers for two men arrested after a shootout at a corner store in Miami are asking for a retrial. Fort Lauderdale detectives are asking for the public's help to collect video of the incident. (WSVN)
4. A new bank in Hialeah called OUR Community is preparing to open by September. The bank has already received approval from the Office of Financial Regulation to become a state-chartered bank. It will be the first new state-chartered bank in Miami-Dade County in at least five years. (Miami Today)
