WATCH: An FIU student was robbed at gunpoint Friday on the school's main campus.

MIAMI, FL — A Florida International University student was robbed at gunpoint Friday on the school's main campus.
"One of our students was followed from a bank onto the Florida International University campus where he was robbed in Parking Garage 6," according to FIU police.
FIU police released video of the incident on Friday and are asking for the public's help in identifying the suspects.

"During the robbery, one of the subjects brandished a firearm and subsequently fled in a dark colored Honda with the victim’s property," FIU police said.

"We are actively investigating the incident and while information suggests that the subjects are no longer a threat to our FIU community on campus, we remind everyone to remain vigilant at all times especially in the surrounding areas."
FIU police said the robbery appears to have been an isolated incident.
"As always, please be mindful of your surroundings and report any suspicious activity to the FIUPD," university police cautioned. "In the event of an emergency, please call FIUPD at 305-348-5911."
