5 Kids Arrested After Seven Springs Middle Broken Into
Five kids face criminal charges after a recent break-in at Seven Springs Middle School.

TRINITY, FL — Five kids face criminal charges after Pasco County Sheriff’s deputies say they broke into Seven Springs Middle School, caused more than $3,000 in damage and stole five Apple televisions. All five juveniles either go to the school or once did, the sheriff’s office said. A sixth arrest is expected soon.
According to the agency, deputies were called to the 2441 Little Road school in the late evening hours of May 29. When they arrived on the scene after receiving an alarm call, deputies detained five juveniles.
“A check of the school revealed the cafeteria was broken into (keys used),” a May 31 email from the sheriff's office said. It was later learned that the school was initially broken into on May 27 through an unlocked door. One of the kids found keys to the classrooms inside a desk and was able to use them to enter other parts of the school, the email noted.

With keys in hand, the children are accused of returning the school. During the period between May 27-29, the boys and girls, who range in age from 12 to 14, are also accused of damaging classrooms by discharging fire extinguishers.
Patch is not identifying the juveniles due to their ages. They all face business burglary charges. One of the kids, a 13-year-old Trinity boy admitted to setting off the fire extinguishers, according to an arrest report. He faces additional charges, as a result.
