3. The New Port Richey City Council meets tonight at 7 p.m. for a work session at 5919 Main St, New Port Richey. Issues on the agenda include a proposal to create an urban agriculture/ community garden ordinance and a consultant’s recommendations on how to help the New Port Richey Recreation and Aquatic Center generate revenue.
