• New Port Richey Man Pleads Guilty To Interstate Threats To Kill Federal Officials (floridadaily.com) — A 79-year-old New Port Richey resident has pleaded guilty to making violent interstate threats against multiple federal officials, a crime that could bring up to 10 years in prison. Federal investigators say his social media posts escalated in February, including explicit threats against a federal agency head and a cabinet member. Sentencing has not yet been scheduled.
