2.     The New Port Richey City Council meets for a work session tomorrow at 6 p.m. at City hall. Among issues to be discussed? Ideas  for how to plug a new $78,000+ hole in the budget, discussion on whether to hire code enforcement officers and/or an economic development director and a proposed animal control program that uses volunteers.
