A Trinity area man was accused recently of striking a 13-year-old boy until the boy’s face was bruised and cut, according to Pasco County Sheriff’s deputies.
The boy told deputies that Richardo Aviles threw him on a bed at 1849 Lenawee Loop Friday and hit him repeatedly with a closed hand, according to an arrest report.
The boy’s older brother said the boy left the encounter with a face that was bloody and red, according to the arrest report.

The 13-year-old sustained bruises and cuts to the left side of his face.

Deputies arrested Aviles on Friday. Barbara Justiniano, a woman at the same address, was arrested, too, and charged with resisting arrest without violence and obstructing police.
The two adults were booked into the Land O' Lakes jail buter released on bond.
