According to Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office detectives, the man met the 15-year-old girl on a social networking website. He struck up a friendship with her and then convinced her to send him pictures of herself topless.

“Once he had the victim's picture, he began to threaten that he was going to
send the picture to her friends and family if she did not meet with him and
engage in a sexual relationship,” according to a press release.
