The storm was located about 410 miles west, southwest of the Cape Verde Islands Wednesday, July 24 and is moving in Florida's general direction at the moment, <a href="http://www.nhc.noaa.gov/graphics_at4.shtml?5-daynl#contents" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">according to a forecast track from the National Hurricane Center.</a> With maximum sustained winds of 50 mph, the weather formation has officially become the fourth named storm of the 2013 Hurricane Season. The forecast track puts Dorian near Puerto Rico on Monday morning. Where she'll go from there remains to be seen.
