3. American Youth Movement 22211, a protest and activism group started by a part-time Pasco-Hernando Community College student, will hold a nonviolent demonstration in New Port Richey on Sunday. It starts under the Main Street bridge over the Pithlachascotee River at 1 p.m. before moving to the streets downtown.

4. Sims Park will host the Rock the Park event, a benefit for the Jusin Gaertner Fund and the Center for Independence today. The event, featuring Marksmen, Anchor Atlantic and other bands, begins at 11 a.m.
