• FL Man Pleads Guilty To Threatening To Kill Federal Officials: U.S. DOJ (patch.com) — New Port Richey residents are learning that 79-year-old local Benjamin Rubin has pleaded guilty to making violent online threats to kill multiple federal officials, a crime that could bring up to 10 years in prison. Investigators from the Secret Service, FBI and Pasco Sheriff’s Office traced his increasingly menacing social media posts, and a federal sentencing date will be set later.
