3.     The New Port Richey City Council is meeting for an eight-hour retreat June 18 to discuss setting a 20-year vision for the city. This will include setting core values, guiding principles and an unattainable core purpose meant to motivate them. Care to give up your Saturday? The meeting is open to the public and will start at 8 a.m. in Peace Hall at 6431 Circle Boulevard.
