If your food writer wonders why it was such a great item to order, it comes with the first bite, much to the disappointment of the diner, the broth can be loaded with sodium...way too much salt..(as in ).

Delicious balance of beef broth and a hint of wine? topped with a top shelf cheese, top cooked to a bubbly presentation. A view onto Main Street was a plus.
