Police Say Holiday Man Responsible For Graffiti Tags Along U.S. 19 Corridor

New Port Richey police said they've arrested the person responsible for the graffiti that's appeared on buildings along the U.S. 19.

NEW PORT RICHEY, FL — New Port Richey police said they've arrested the person responsible for the graffiti that's appeared on buildings along the U.S. 19 corridor from Tarpon Springs into west Pasco County over the past several weeks.

New Port Richey police, Port Richey police and the Pasco County Sheriff's Office posted several videos of the person they believed was responsible for the graffiti on social media including a video from the New Port Richey police showing a man spray-painting a building with "ZFL" and other symbols, causing approximately $300 worth of damage.

On Monday, the sheriff's office received a tip positively identifying Zachary Michael Cabral-Cuprey, 27, of Holiday as the person responsible for the tagging.

New Port Richey Police have now arrested Cabral-Cuprey and charged him with two felony counts and three misdemeanor counts of criminal mischief. Charges are still pending from other jurisdictions.
