A Holiday man was arrested and charged with sexual battery on a victim under 12 years old after a witness reported the abuse, according to a Pasco County complaint affidavit. Daniel Scott Lytle, 34, of 4344 Buena Vista Lane, is accused of molesting a 9-year-old girl, according to the report. The witness walked into the living room of an undisclosed home and observed Lytle with his hands "on her crotch," the report stated. The child gave a statement to deputies detailing another encounter in which she awoke to find Lytle fondling her with his hands and tongue. The child was examined by the child protection team, authorities said. Lytle is being held in the Land O' Lakes jail without bond.
