Man Arrested for Battery on McDonald's Drive-Thru Employee

He threw a bag of food at her head.

Todd Allen Rogers, 30, of Holiday was arrested and charged with battery after throwing a bag of McDonald's food at the head of an employee early Sunday morning, according to a Pasco County complaint affidavit.

Rogers approached the drive-thru window of the McDonald's at 2909 U.S. 19 in Holiday at about 4 a.m. Dec. 4, and first pushed his finger into the chest of the drive-thru employee. Rogers then threw a bag of food at the woman's head, the report stated.

Rogers told the arresting deputy that the woman "deserved it," according to the report.

He was taken to the Land O' Lakes jail and released at about 9:20 a.m. Sunday morning on $150 bond.
