Man Hit, Killed While Crossing Road In Pasco County: FL Highway Patrol
A Pasco County man was hit by an SUV while crossing a road and later died from his injuries, the Florida Highway Patrol said.
PASCO COUNTY, FL — A 33-year-old Zephyrhills man was hit and killed while crossing County Road 54 Tuesday night in Pasco County, the Florida Highway Patrol said in a news release.
He stepped into the path of a Ford Escape that was heading east on CR 54 and hit by the vehicle around 9:15 p.m.
The SUV was driven by a 75-year-old Zephyrhills man.

The pedestrian was brought to a local hospital where he later died from his injuries, FHP said.
