PORT RICHEY, FL — A 45-year-old man faces charges after pulling out a gun during an argument on July 1, Port Richey police said.

Juan Sanchez-Tevenal got into an argument with the victim, a 62-year-old man, on Treadway Drive.

During the altercation, Sanchez-Tevenal pointed a gun at the victim before leaving the scene.

He was found by a patrol officer on July 7 and charged with aggravated assault with a firearm. He was booked into Pasco County Jail.
