Missing Child Alert Issued For Lake City Teen

LAKE CITY, FL - A Missing Child Alert has been issued for a 17-year-old Lake City girl who may be with a school soccer coach. The alert was issued for Caitlyn Frisina, who is described as 5 feet 7 inches tall, 135 pounds, brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen in the area of the 600th block of SW Markham Street in Lake City.

The teen may be with Rian Rodriguez, 27, who is described as 5 feet 10 inches tall, 220 pounds, black hair and brown eyes. They may be traveling north in a 2001, red Mercury Sable, Florida tag number Z04CSC.

NBC affiliate WTLV says Rodriguez was a head boys’ soccer coach at the Columbia County School District. The district has since released a statement saying they have suspended Rodriguez pending the investigation.

Frisina’s parents say he’s also a family friend.
