New Port Richey Business Wins Top Customer Service Award

GulfCoast Networking earned GulfCoast Networking was named as a winner of the 2012 Angie's List Super Service Award

New Port Richey business GulfCoast Networking was named recently as a winner of the 2012 Angie’s List Super Service Award. 

Angie’s List, is a website compiles consumer reviews of local service businesses, gives out its Super Service Award annually to five percent of all the companies rated on its website, according to a press release.

“It’s a select group of companies rated on Angie’s List that can claim the exemplary customer service record of being a Super Service Award winner, said Angie’s List Founder Angie Hick in the press release.”“Our standards for the Super Service Award are quite high. The fact that Gulfcoast Networking earned this recognition speaks volumes about its dedication providing great service to its customers.”

Angie’s List claims more than 1.5 million users. “Service company ratings are updated daily on Angie’s List. Companies are graded on an A through F scale in areas ranging from price to professionalism to punctuality,” according to the press release.

 GulfCoast Networking is located at 6335 Grand Blvd in downtown New Port Richey and specializes in computer and network support. It focuses on network support for businesses, retail computer sales, computer repairs and Internet service.

Rob Marlowe is founding partner and co-owner of Gulfcoast Networking. He is also deputy mayor of New Port Richey. He sent his comments on the business’s  award to Patch in e-mail.

“We are thrilled to have Angie’s List recognize us for the quality of service we provide to our customers,” Marlowe wrote.  “We work very hard to make sure that all of our customers are satisfied with our work and I guess this is recognition that we are succeeding.
