Police Find Missing 69-Year-Old

Geraldine Anne Logan was found Tuesday evening.

Geraldine Ann Logan, a 69-year-old woman who had been reported missing, was found alive Tuesday night at a local motel, according to the New Port Richey Police Department.

Logan is going to be ”medically evaluated and treated,” according to Police Chief James Steffens. He said Logan was “outwardly healthy” when found, but police want to get her evaluated.

Logan and the Buick she went missing with were found Tuesday evening at the Royal Palm Motel, Steffens said. A sergeant found her.

Police put out a missing person alert on Logan Monday. The police department had been notified on this past Saturday that family members had been unable to find Logan.

A check-in at Logan’s home that followed at 5836 Clubhouse Drive revealed that Logan and her 1995 tan Buick four-door car were missing. The last time she was known to be active locally  prior to then was around Nov.  1.

Police want to know what happened to Logan over the past month.

“We want to fit in the missing pieces,” he said.
