Tesla SUV Catches Fire After U.S. 19 Crash In Pasco: FL Highway Patrol
The driver hit debris, lost control of her Tesla Model Y, which caught fire at the entrance of a car dealership in Pasco, FL troopers said.

PASCO COUNTY, FL — A Tesla Model Y became engulfed in flames after crashing on U.S. Highway 19 in Pasco County Thursday morning, according to a Florida Highway Patrol news release.
The SUV, driven by a 24-year-old Spring Hill woman, was heading south on U.S. 19 around 7 a.m., just south of Tower Road, when she hit debris in the road and lost control.
She crossed over the median and the northbound lanes of U.S. 19, coming to a stop at the entrance of Castriota Chevrolet, where the vehicle caught fire, FHP said.

The driver was able to get out of the SUV uninjured.
