NEW PORT RICHEY, FL — The Pasco County Sheriff's Office investigated a report of a threatening message found on a bathroom wall at Starkey K-8 School at the end of Tuesday's school day.

After a thorough investigation, deputies determined that the threat was not credible. The sheriff's office encourages parents and guardians to speak with students about the dangers of making threats, even if they're made as a joke.
