Trail Closed At Starkey Wilderness Park For Several Weeks

Pasco County Parks, Recreation and Natural Resources has shut down the trail during the paving work for safety reasons.

PASCO COUNTY, FL — The popular multi-purpose trail at Jay B. Starkey Wilderness Park in Pasco County will be closed for several weeks due to an ongoing paving project.

Pasco County Parks, Recreation and Natural Resources has shut down the trail during the paving work for safety reasons.

Bicyclists from Starkey Park will not be able to access the Suncoast Trail until the project wraps up, and vice versa. Access to off-road trails may be restricted at times as well.
