WESLEY CHAPEL, FL — A Whole Foods Market is being planned for a new development in Wesley Chapel, the Tampa Beacon reported.

The development firm behind the project, SJC Ventures, hasn’t confirmed any of the tenants, though the plans it originally filed with the county in March included Whole Foods and a Life Time fitness center as the anchors. Two days later, the company resubmitted its plans removing potential tenants’ names.
Whole Foods opened its most recent store in the Tampa Bay area in February 2024 in St. Petersburg.
