Valrico Man Dies In I-75 Crash In Pasco County: FL Highway Patrol
A Valrico man driving a van died after hitting a disabled car Tuesday night on I-75 in Pasco County, FL Highway Patrol said.
PASCO COUNTY, FL — A 74-year-old Valrico man was killed in a Tuesday night crash on Interstate 75 in Pasco County, according to a Florida Highway Patrol news release.
A 25-year-old Sanford man traveling south on I-75 in the inside lane, lost control of his car just after 8:30 p.m.
He entered the median, hit a guardrail and was redirected back into the travel lanes, FHP said. The driver, who was uninjured, got out of his car and walked off the road to safety.

Around this time, a van driven by the Valrico man was heading south on I-75 and hit the disabled car, the agency said.
He was brought to a nearby hospital, where he died from his injuries.
