The developer of Main Street Landing, the complex being built at the corner of Main Street and River Road in New Port Richey, is ready to talk about plans for the complex. Are you? Work has progressed on the shell of the first building in the planned multi-building complex is nearly complete. But the inside is not inhabitable. Developer Ken McGurn has submitted new site plans for the property to city officials. Work on the Main Street Landing complex, initially pitched as a mixed-use residential and retail development, has progressed in fits and starts since it was proposed in 2004. Last summer, McGurn went to the City officials later agreed to pay for streetscaping improvements, stemming mostly from Penny for Pasco funds. The city council is poised to discuss the new site plans tonight at 7 p.m. in City Hall, 5919 Main St., New Port Richey. What do you think should go in this space?
