A 10-year-old girl had to run to a neighbor's East Lake home on Feb. 15 to call 911 on her father for allegedly violently grabbing her mother.  The Pinellas County Sheriff's Office has arrested 31-year-old Nolan Miura of 3539 Hampshire Ct. and charged him with domestic battery and tampering with a witness.  According to the arrest affidavits, Miura grabbed the victim's right arm and pinned it behind her back.
