Sarasota is working on coming up with a plan to send a contingent of community leaders and law enforcement to High Point, N.C., or another jurisdiction that has success permanently reducing its homicide rate so the city can do the same here. Hog and Harley lovers will take over Sarasota streets this weekend for the 14^th annual Thunder by the Bay. Proceeds from the event benefit Suncoast Charities for Children.
