82-year-old Missing Man Found

Update: Tot Nguyen has been found and in good condition, according to the Sarasota Sheriff's Office.

deputies are asking residents to help locate a missing 82-year-old man.

The man, Tot Nguyen, was reported missing at 2 p.m. Wednesday and was dropped off at the Walmart on University Parkway by a SCAT bus but has not been seen since.

He is known to frequent the McDonalds restaurant on Fruitville Road near Beneva Road, and the area of 17th St. and Lockwood Ridge Road.

Nguyen is described as a man of Asian descent, gray hair, brown eyes, last seen wearing a brown jacket, blue jeans and white tennis shoes. 

Nguyen routinely walks or takes a bus to the restaurants at Lockwood Ridge Road and University Parkway, but failed to return on this occasion, deputies said.
