The Citywalk Condominium Association held its annual meeting on Dec. 20, 2011. The purpose of the meeting was to elect the Board of Directors for 2012 and determine reserve funding levels and decide a few other routine questions that the body considers each year.
There were five candidates for the three member board that serves as the governing body of the 70 unit development located in downtown Sarasota on the southern border of Payne Park:
- Incumbent Board President Lothar Sachse,
- Incumbent Board Secretary/Treasurer Matthew Wooddall
- Newcomers Jacqueline Phifer, Adam Salatino and James Nicol.
Matthew Wooddall led the polling with 26 votes, while Jacqueline Phifer claimed second place with 22 votes and Adam Salatino placed third with 19 votes. Lothar Sachse and James Nicol were defeated with 10 and 11 votes, respectively.

The new Board of Directors returned Matthew Wooddall to the post of President of the Board, a position he held in 2010. Jacqueline Phifer will serve as Vice President while Adam Salatino was named Secretary/Treasurer.
