Chopped Homeless Man Identified
The Sheriff's Office have released the name of a man who's head was chopped off after a fight with another man about spilled food.
The victim in Tuesday morning's knife attack that removed a man's head is now known.
The said Wednesday afternoon that a homeless man — 53-year-old Stephen Webber — is the victim of the fatal attack that a witness told deputies Ricky Leer had chopped Webber's head after an argument over spilled food at the men's campsite grill.
The Sheriff's Office had then arrested .
