Motorcyclist Critical After Sarasota Crash
A man was hospitalized early Wednesday morning after crashing his motorcycle at Myrtle Street and N. Tamiami Trail.
SARASOTA, FL — The Sarasota Police Department is investigating a single-vehicle motorcycle crash that sent a man to the hospital early Wednesday morning.
According to the agency, the crash occurred shortly before 5:30 a.m. June 14 at the intersection of Myrtle Street and North Tamiami Trail.
Details related to the crash are not yet available, but authorities say the man was taken to Sarasota Memorial with critical injuries. He was the only person on the motorcycle at the time, an email from the police department said.
