Credit Card Stolen From Resident's Mail, Tampa Police Seek Identity

TAMPA, FL — Tampa police detectives are seeking the public's help to identify a man who fraudulently used a credit card after stealing it from a mailbox.

As highlighted in the video below, the thief is a bald white man with facial hair.

To avoid becoming a victim of a similar crime, the Tampa Police Department encourages the community to vigilantly monitor their credit and debit card transactions, as well as register for Informed Delivery through the United States Postal Service. Informed Delivery will allow residents to preview their mail for the day by sending residents photos of their mail before it's dropped off. To register, click here.
