Detectives Attempt To Identify Body Found Floating Under Tampa Bridge

TAMPA, FL — Tampa police are investigating the discovery of a man floating under the Davis Islands Bridge on Tuesday.

According to police, Tampa police marine units recovered the body around 10:15 a.m. and detectives are trying to identify the man.

While there are no apparent signs of foul play, the cause of death remains to be determined, police said.
