HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FL — Hillsborough County Fire and Rescue is no longer responding to calls due to storm conditions.

"Stay indoors and seek shelter," fire officials wrote. "Be safe."

Hurricane Irma, now a Category 2 storm after making landfall on Florida's mainland, was moving north towards Fort Myers.
