The Pearl At Water Street Now Hiring For March Grand Opening

TAMPA, FL — Cameron Mitchell Restaurants LLC., owner of local favorite Ocean Prime Tampa, is hiring staff for the soon-to-open The Pearl Restaurant at Water Street.

The Pearl, a tavern and oyster room, is hiring for all hourly positions, including line cooks, servers, bartenders and guest services.

The hiring office will be open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Interviews will be conducted by The Pearl’s general manager, Alex Schultz, and Executive Chef Olivia Giesler at Industrious, 82615 Channelside Drive, Suite 207, Tampa.

The Pearl will introduce an expansive menu of chef-inspired cuisine featuring made-from-scratch entrees, shareable plates and seasonal oysters complemented by handcrafted cocktails and an exclusive selection of ales, lagers and stouts.

The Pearl at Water Street is the third location of this concept introduced by Cameron Mitchell Restaurants. The restaurant group first opened The Pearl in Short North in Columbus, Ohio, in 2012, then opened a second location in Dublin, Ohio, in 2020.

Scheduled to open in March, The Pearl will be located at Heron, Water Street Tampa’s newest luxury apartment towers.

The Pearl's decor is inspired by vintage, urban design and showcases eclectic décor that is both stylish and nostalgic.
