1st Toastique In Tampa Bay Coming To Water Street
The gourmet toast and juice bar will join the neighborhood's flourishing dining scene.
TAMPA, FL — Water Street Tampa developer Strategic Property Partners LLC announced Friday the addition of Toastique, a national gourmet toast and juice bar, to Water Street Tampa’s dining scene.
Toastique will bring its health-focused breakfast and lunch cuisine to the ground floor of Cora, a residential development in the live-work-play neighborhood, early next year. The Water Street Tampa location marks Toastique’s first outpost in Tampa and second in Florida.
“We’re excited to bring Toastique, a new-to-market national retailer, to Water Street Tampa as we continue building a diverse and thoughtful retail experience for our growing community,” said Lee Schaffler, chief portfolio officer for SPP.

With locations in Washington, D.C., Virginia, New Jersey and Colorado, Toastique is a boutique gourmet toast and juice bar. It prioritizes fresh ingredients and combines the service of a fast-casual dining concept with the sophisticated ambiance of a sit-down restaurant.
Spanning 1,607 square feet at the base of Cora, Toastique will add to the diverse dining options Water Street Tampa has to offer.

Toastique will serve gourmet toast, cold-pressed juice, smoothies, bowls, espresso and coffee, and other grab-and-go options for any time of day. Menu prices will range from $8 to $15.

To date, SPP has signed leases with nearly 50 retailers throughout Water Street Tampa. Toastique joins a variety of national, regional and local retailers and restaurants opening throughout the neighborhood, including Cava, Wagamama, GreenWise Market, Chill Bros. Scoop Shop, Dwell Home Market, Yura Vine Brothers and Naked Farmer.
Spanning 56 acres and connecting Tampa’s central business district to its waterfront, Water Street Tampa is bringing together new public spaces, homes, hotels, offices, retail and dining.
