1,300 Child Porn Photos, Videos Found On St. Pete Man’s Phone: Police

ST. PETERSBURG, FL — A St. Petersburg man was arrested after more than 1,000 photos and videos depicting child pornography were found on his cell phone, authorities said.

Sean D. Leonard, 45, was charged with 11 counts of possession of child pornography, St. Petersburg police wrote in a Facebook post.

Investigators received a tip that he was sending child pornography through a social media platform.

Leonard was found to have more than 800 photos and 500 videos of child pornography on his phone, police said.
