3 Rescued From Sinking Boat Near Egmont Key: U.S. Coast Guard

ST. PETERSBURG, FL — Three people were rescued Saturday night from a sinking boat, U.S. Coast Guard Station St. Petersburg wrote in a Facebook post.

Their boat began taking on water near Egmont Key.

A 45-foot Coast Guard boat arrived at the scene and the crew safely pulled the boaters out of the water.
