Bankrupt Universal Healthcare Properties for Sale
Both the office building and condominium unit are located in downtown St. Petersburg.
Universal Healthcare's 134,000-square-foot office building and high-rise condominium unit in St. Petersburg will be sold.
The Tampa Bay Business Journal reports that the Florida Department of Financial Services retained Colliers International Tampa Bay to list the properties.
The company is in receivership and is being liquidated by the Department of Financial Services.

The Central Avenue office building has been vacant since Universal Healthcare was shut down by regulators and its employees laid off.
The company is under investigation by state and federal authorities, accused of money mismanagement and diversion of funds. Its 140,000 policy holders were transferred to other health care companies.
