Candid Obama Moment Caught on Video

Patch reader Mary Rachel Dudley offered up this video after Saturday's rally in St. Petersburg with President Barack Obama. The video shows the wild enthusiasm of the crowd (Dudley says "turn down the volume). Look hard for Obama's salute; there is so much sign-waving, it's hard to see him at first.

"I have a great clip of President Obama from the risers behind him as he approached the podium. He turned out towards the crowd and everyone was going wild. Then he turned back towards our group and they were even more wild. There was a woman standing in front of me who was a 28 year Air Force veteran. She was in the Pentagon on 9/11. He turns to her and gives her a big, beautiful smile and salute. I bet he had no idea that she actually was a veteran involved in 9/11."
