Cee Lo Rocks Out in St. Pete

The hip hop gone pop music star didn't hold back at Wednesday night's performance inside the Mahaffey Theater.

From his fashion forward outfits to his catchy tunes, Cee Lo Green was welcomed with open arms at St. Pete's Mahaffey Theater on Wednesday night. The venue was crawling with Cee Lo fans awaiting his arrival to the stage.

Cee Lo received his first taste of fame with the southern hip-hop group Goodie Mob. As the youngest of the four members, Green had a lot of room to grow into his own artist. He did, and eventually formed Gnarls Barkley, a duo with fellow artist Danger Mouse.

The twosome didn't release their first official album until 2006 after the single "Crazy" topped charts all over the globe.
