The Pinellas County Sheriff's Office is urging motorists to avoid the area of St. Petersburg near Park Street and Tyrone Boulevard as officials work to clean up a chemical spill on the road.
Driver's are being asked to avoid the Park Street and Tyrone Boulevard area, specifically Tyrone Boulevard, east of Park Street in St. Petersburg, at this hour.
The PCSO says crews are cleaning a chemical spill on the roadway and expect to be working on the issue for several hours.
