Drug House Bust, 17 Out Of 35 Suspects Arrested
Three of the many drug locations deputies raided contributed to more than 150 fatal overdoses, the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office said.

ST. PETERSBURG, FL — Seventeen of 35 suspects were arrested Wednesday on multiple charges during drug raids at various locations in and near Lealman, the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office said.
Detectives began the investigation in October in an effort to reduce narcotic sales in Pinellas County. During the investigation, three St. Petersburg drug houses were responsible for more than 150 fatal and non-fatal overdoses from December 2020 to January 2021, according to investigators.
The drug houses were located at the following St. Petersburg homes, according to authorities:

- 2768 Grove Park Ave. N., Unit 1, St. Petersburg
- 2524 50th Ave. N., St. Petersburg
- 4829 Haines Rd. N., St. Petersburg
Thirty-five suspects face multiple charges such as narcotics sales and possession of cocaine, heroin, fentanyl and methamphetamine, officers said. Eighteen suspects still have pending criminal charges.
Search warrants were served at each of the locations during the round-up operation, agents said.

According to investigators, 15 additional suspects were arrested and face narcotics offenses charges.
