Evening of Jazz and Fine Art at Dr. Carter Woodson African American Museum

The Al Downing Tampa Bay Jazz Association in collaboration with the Board of Directors of the Dr. Carter G. Woodson African American Museum will host an evening of jazz and fine arts on Sunday, May 15 from 5 to 8 p.m.

Selections from the exquisite art collections of Nancy and Ken Bryant, Reggie and Mendee Ligon and Ernst and Colleen Vieux will be on exhibit for the launch of a new series - INTERLUDES.

Works of Romare Bearden, Augusta Savage and the Florida Highwaymen are just a few of the artists to be featured. Admission is $25. Decadent desserts, wine and champagne will be available. For more information, call 727-323-1104.
