St. Petersburg residents are being asked to help prioritize needs versus wants and avoid the loss of important city services as leaders attempt to trim $12 million from the proposed fiscal year 2012 city budget.
Residents are invited to attend the last in a series of three public budget summits on Wednesday, June 22 at the Lake Vista Recreation Center, 1401 62nd Ave. S. from 6 to 8 p.m.
Mayor and City Council will solicit public input to identify where residents' priorities may be related to cuts in the budget before a budget recommendation is made in July.
