
1. Mud Wars at Spa Beach
Stop by Spa Beach in downtown St. Pete and watching dozens of people roll around in the mud! The annual Extreme Mud Wars is going on Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. and hear more about the highlights and the obstacles from Shawn Drouin with the St. Petersburg Parks & Recreation Department. Registration is full so they are no longer taking participants, but you can watch the event for free.

Two AL East rival collide at Tropicana Field this weekend after All-Start week. The Rays test the Red Sox rivalry for a second time this season on Saturday, July 14, at 7:10 p.m., followed by a final game on Sunday at 1:40 p.m. Saturday night's matchup includes a post-game concert by the San Francisco-based group Train.
3. Edge Organic Market

St. Pete, . At 1000 Central, across from Cafe Bohemia, there is an organic market that is open every Sunday and Wednesday from 8 a.m. - noon. Jamie McWade, Marketing Manager for the market, says that EDGE is different than other weekly offerings because every vendor must be organic. “Only organic and locally grown items can be held at our market,” said McWade.
4. Second Saturday Art Walk
The 600 block, Central Avenue, the Warehouse Arts District and many more areas will come alive Saturday night for the monthly Second Saturday Art Walk. From 5 - 9 p.m. galleries will open their doors for you to view local art. Start at the Craftsman House Gallery for a brochure of participating galleries from the Grand Central district to the waterfront.
5. Rock out at State Theatre
On Saturday, State Theatre welcomes the Scream it Like You Mean it Tour. The concert features The Acacia Strain, Oceano, The Chariot, In Fear and Faith, For All Those Sleeping, Volumes and Hands Like Houses. Doors open at 5 p.m. and tickets are $17.50.
